To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You may upload images, videos, audio, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but grant Moth Hue a license to display and share it according to your privacy settings. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on others' rights.
You may create or join public or private communities and post opportunities (such as job listings). You agree to use these features respectfully and lawfully. Moth Hue is not responsible for the accuracy or outcome of any opportunities posted by users.
You agree not to use Moth Hue to post unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; harass others; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. All platform content, except User Content, is owned by Moth Hue. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. This includes but is not limited to the concept, design, and underlying idea of Moth Hue. 1. Any unauthorized use, copying, or misappropriation of Moth Hue's intellectual property, software, or brand identity will be considered a violation of these Terms. Moth Hue reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to civil claims and criminal prosecution, against any individual or entity engaged in such actions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions. You may delete your account at any time.
Moth Hue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
